The way he tracks back is particularly impressive.

LFC's first goal came after 24 consecutive passes in the space of 73 seconds, starting 25 seconds after Spurs kicked off.

We get managers sacked. That's what we do

To be fair to Tim, I'd have wanted to punch someone after that performance from them too.

And Sterling, what a player. To paraphrase Godgers (), he isn't simply a terrific winger, he's one hell of a footballer. He's a godsend for a manager like Brendan. First half was playing awesomely on the wings, provoking attacks and defending with gusto. Next half, switched effortlessly to a #10, sending penetrating ball after ball, while tracking back and defending stoutly.

It's day and night, the tactical intelligence, between young Sterling and the other English wingers on display, Townsend and Lennon.
I wear my heart on my profile name.

We started wondering aloud today if Sterling is in fact the next Messi

                        He's ****ing unreal.

The strength Raheem showed today against much bigger men was brilliant. What a player we've got in him and he's still just a kid.

Coutinho, Sterling, Henderson, Flannagan and Sturridge all young and will get better for us
