I've tried using their support service for help before and it's completely ****. It took them 3 or 4 days to reply and they asked me what OS I was using and closed the ticket. You cannot open a ****ing ticket without choosing what OS you are using from a drop down menu. Pricks!

No, only the reserves and youth games. They do show the other matches after midnight on the day though - you can watch the entire thing, 90 seconds highlights, or my favourite - the 11 minute highlights which is just right when you get back from the pub whilst you're eating a sandwich.

Yes, I watch the 11 minute highlights too. I watch most games live but then I like to see the highlights and I normally watch a bit of the pre and post match shows.

No idea why it's not working this week. I'll have to try the post match later and see if that works.
