They had a couple of decent half chances but by and large we defended pretty well and for all their pressure haven't been able to create anything of much consequence. Henderson and Allen need to do more to take this game by the scruff of the neck because at the moment they are being bossed by the Swansea midfield. Our front 3 have hardly seen the ball and when they have they have been poor with it, especially Sturridge, who understandably still looks very rusty.

Its nil nil and we could go on to win it. I just thought given 8 days to prepare and the importance of the game, we would have come out in determined mood. But Henderson set the tone with sloppy head with that stupid booking. Its frustrating. No call for sackings or any other ****. Its not over the top. Its what we are seeing. I actually blame Rodgers for starting lallana at right wing back. Our form appears to be dropping just in time for utd.

You've got to be willfully blind to watch us that half and conclude it was anything other than awful. Nobody's saying we're going to lose, or that Swansea should have scored 3 or 4 (1 or 2 at most).

I don't think we were awful. I think we've struggled to get our attacking game going and we've lost the midfield battle mainly due to Henderson getting booked so early on. Swansea have done a great job on Can and we need to work out how to push Taylor back (Sterling moving over might help).

We're either **** or amazing on this forum with nothing in between. It's mainly **** because everybody calls a 'spade a spade' or 'tells it how I see it'.
