    A much needed 3 points.

Piss easy. So easy we got bogged down to their level for 15 mins but other than that completely comfortable.

Aye. Shame we didn't have a better start, could be sneaking in the back door to 4th.
      3rd place. Worst champions ever.

Pleasantly surprised to see Ibe back & starting.

Nice to keep a clean sheet too.

Let's hope City keep imploding. I can't see it though tbh but who knows.

I reckon city could drop 4 points before the end of the season......but we will probably drop points at chelsea as well....

i reckon city could drop points at spurs......it would be great if we pipped them alon the final day after last season!!!

I'm not getting my hopes up, I think our chance has gone. A cup win would be nice though.

Good result but we made it hard for ourselves. If Sturridge was playing we would have been out of sight. I'm starting to feel sorry for Lovren now.

Coutinho is an absolute genius isn't he. I really love watching him play. I hope we keep him for a long long time.

Coutinho was sublime, it has to be said though that Newcastle are a diabolical team we really should have been out of sight in the first half but after the last 2 league games that was a much needed result.

As for Lovren what a disaster of a footballer, take whatever hit in the summer and just get rid of him. That header straight to their solitary attacker was up there with the Aspas corner for indescribable ****

Tbh that header I thought should have been Migs ball but no communication it seems.

                          Lovren, dear me

Someone needs to tell him you can't go round booting lads in your own penalty area. It's not the first time he's done it.

Great to see Lucas pinging it around like Xavi, Henderson being a boss with his great long passing and verbal volleys at the ref, and Coutinho being a genius. His highlights reel from tonight is gonna be great.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

Like I said, didn't care about the formation as long as Lucas and Ibe were playing. Lucas just reads the game so well and he's not even fully fit yet.

If we can get a finisher in the team next season, they're going to thrive on those whipped balls into the box that Henderson keeps coming up with lately.

Coutinho's just pure footballing joy. Great feet, lovely vision and passing, and sometimes he even throws in some comedy too. It's like watching a Harlem Globetrotter sometimes.
