That is the perfect first game. If the players can't get them selves up for that then they all might as well give up.

It looks like we're playing everyone twice.

Second half of the season is gonna be a breeze for us. All the big away games done by December.

If we win the majority of our home games (Bournemouth, West Ham, etc) and draw as many (or lose as few as possible) of those away games we'll be in a great position come Christmas. Hardly any tough away games left after that.

With such a run it also focuses players' minds about what's required and the level they need to maintain over 2 months. No stop/starting.

Edit: beginning of December to end of February looks sweeeet. No European games, just league and cups. Need to pick up some serious points there while inflicting defeats to Utd and Arsenal en route.

You can see the difference though, between players going through the motions of a last day game with very little to play for and the motivation for revenge, yes?

You've got too many incorrect results in December and you've made January/March unnecessarily bleak as fck.

That's a good fixture list. Get all the difficult fixtures whilst teams are still finding their rhythm.
