Despite what all the commentators said, I thought it was offside. They were claiming he was on, but they were looking at an angle.

Thought Ibe really didn't cover himself in glory, kept losing the ball, although Moreno should have put him in at the end.

Good performance and fair result in the end. Hit the woodwork twice and Cech had that outstanding save but mignolet also made some great saves, from giroud and Sanchez hit the post.

Not really sure why Lucas was subbed, was very good I thought.

It really can't be understated how the new fullbacks have been so important to these clean sheets.

Very very true, it is also helping the centrebacks tremendously.

Really pleased with that overall. The commentary I had was abysmal. They slated Benteke for not scoring in the 1st half plus at the same time applauded the magnificent Cech for making the save of the season.

We still looked a little rusty up front but I think that will come. Was screaming for Ings to come on & we brought Ibe on instead. He was totally ineffective & we as good as played with 10 men he was so anonymous.

The first half was even more impressive for me cos Firmino didn't do a whole lot! Not an easy game to come into but hope he keeps his place and builds his fitness.

That was great, travesty we weren't winning at half time. 5 up wouldn't have flattered us. In the end they come back well, lost count of the amount of toes Skrtel got to the ball he was great and Gomez will quite clearly be one of the best defenders in the world within 4 years.

Rodgers is God.

Need a bit more clinicality & we rode our luck- but so did they!

Could have scored 3,4 goals especially in the first half.

Surprisingly good performance overall.

Crazy as it may sound before the game we deserved more than 1 point.

Oh I agree it was a good save. World class save I'd say. Benteke did everything he could but the way the commentators carried on he'd missed a sitter but it wasn't a penalty when Benteke was dragged down in the 2nd half. Very biased commentary that. 👎

I thought Ings could of come on instead of Ibe. Not a natural winger but has a much bigger work ethic and it's whats needed when players like Cazorla, Ozil, Sanchez and Ramsey get the ball in that area.

after ibe's display i think he must get left out and ings get a shout next game.

I tuned in at the 50th minute (****ing slept in!) but from what I saw, our fullbacks were excellent, Milner was indefatigable, Benteke won everything and has a pass in him.

Gomez - Wow, looks as assured as any PL player and he's only played 3 times in the PL!

I wasn't sure if I'd ever say this but Lovren played well and the defense as a whole played very well.

You're always going to have a few scary moments away against Arsenal but we looked pretty solid.

I hope Lucas stays.

We looked very impressive. Especially the first half.

Another clean sheet and an away point against Arsenal. I'll take that all day long.

Definitely exceeded my expectations today.
