Yep I do if there is a player like Lucas in the deeper role.

Just think that Can could potentially offer a bit more than Henderson in a formation that sees Milner alongside him and a DM behind him.

Oh I know there is no chance of Can taking Henderson's spot right now if all are fit, and there is no chance of Skrtel being dropped and Sakho slotting into the LCB slot with Lovern taking Skrtel's spot.

But then again you did not ask what posters think is the most likely starting XL/formation, but rather what each poster would prefer to see.

Maybe in a year or two, but not right now.

Aside from the obvious media **** storm generated by dropping your captain (which I get that you're disregarding), henderson is currently far better in the final third than Can.

Rodgers is not a plural, he's singular, so the correct use of the possessive apostrophe would be Rodgers's, as in Brendan Rodgers's bizarre facial expression.

In previous seasons we tried all out attack and sod the defence, and tried the tight approach at the detriment of actually creating anything. This season, on first glance, we're tighter at the back and yet are carving out plenty of chances. A major part of this is having someone to aim at in Benteke but we're also benefitting from far better full backs. Once Benteke starts relaxing, and I think he's understandably still a little cautious, we're going to be awesome
