That is very generous of you. Team performances have been **** for months and show no sign of improving

I don't know much about how to judge a manager or the technicalities of building a team, but saying that, to me it just doesn't feel like Brendan has built any sort of foundation to go forward.

Skrtel and Lovren were disastrous today

Theres no plan at all, give it to Coutinho and hope for the best?

We're 2-0 down and he brings on a defender
He should have been sacked in the summer.
Watching the first few games, it seemed like this was much the case. Today it just underlined the fact.

I'm putting that down to not having the right players available plus Gerrard leaving.

There's no excuses this season in my opinion.

Rodgers has an uncanny knack of shooting himself in the foot. The build up was all about our new found defensive resiliance and bigging up Lovren - both of those myths were shot to pieces today!

Agree we have a good squad (maybe a new CB to partner Sakho) but today was a return to the **** we were served last year week on week.

Gave a two goal head start and just in case gifted a 3rd.

At least one of them has to be dropped, probably Lovren but I'd not be sorry to see both ditched

Can't wait for Brendan's thoughts on the game. 'It was all down to Gary Mac and Driscoll'...

I realise it is early in the season but really want to see BR gone.
It is still very early on. For me where Rodgers has struggled is in finding a balance to our play. If we want to defend we can keep clean sheets as we showed last season during 'that' spell and before today. If we want to attack we can as during the Suarez season.

But when we want to do both defend and attack well we fall down. Its still early and there are new faces in the team but for me the same questions are still there. Where is the balance.

Sticking by my desire to see the back of Rodgers. This was an abysmal display, especially when we have so many difficult away games, that the home games should be the points in the bank. Bournemouth was unconvincing and that was diabolical.

I also don't think Firmino is a Rodgers player - I worry we won't see the best of him in Brendan's preferred formation

No kneejerk, but I wish the owners would put this to bed and end this ****ing charade.

I'll go along with that. 10 games more is enough to judge if he's up to the job.

A win at Utd will certainly help.

He's got to take this on the chin and get back to picking up points very quickly. He's got this season and maybe not all of it.

I think we need to return to the diamond. Get Firmino or Ings next to Benteke.
