Watching the first few games, it seemed like this was much the case. Today it just underlined the fact.

Tactics all wrong, Lovren should never start for us again. I'm confident in our squad, the manager and his tactics... Not so much.

Rodgers has an uncanny knack of shooting himself in the foot. The build up was all about our new found defensive resiliance and bigging up Lovren - both of those myths were shot to pieces today!

Agree we have a good squad (maybe a new CB to partner Sakho) but today was a return to the **** we were served last year week on week.

Embarrassing. This was as bad as it could be.

Our defensive woes got exposed once again.

I realise it is early in the season but really want to see BR gone.

It is still very early on. For me where Rodgers has struggled is in finding a balance to our play. If we want to defend we can keep clean sheets as we showed last season during 'that' spell and before today. If we want to attack we can as during the Suarez season.

But when we want to do both defend and attack well we fall down. Its still early and there are new faces in the team but for me the same questions are still there. Where is the balance.

Sticking by my desire to see the back of Rodgers. This was an abysmal display, especially when we have so many difficult away games, that the home games should be the points in the bank. Bournemouth was unconvincing and that was diabolical.

I also don't think Firmino is a Rodgers player - I worry we won't see the best of him in Brendan's preferred formation
