I thought we were very poor. No penetration whatsoever. I can't recall feeling excited at any point during the game.

This teams is very bland. If I was watching LFC for the first time, I'd probably pass on doing it again and go look for a team that plays something resembling attractive, interesting, and attacking football.

I think they're starting to look pretty similar.
A lot of people run a race to see who is fastest. I run to see who has the most guts, who can punish himself into exhausting pace, and then at the end, punish himself even more.

On that performance a decent team would have clobbered us. I know it wasn't a first team but you can't really polish that one up.

Under Hodgson, it was a hoof feast. Then there was Mike fackin' Kelly. It was ****e beyond ****e.
              Are we winning?

This isn't Hodgson six months in. It's Rodgers' fourth year.

Many performances under Rodgers have been just as bad and Hodgson didn't get £300m to spend. He inherited a team in free fall. He wasn't a good enough manager, far too old school & had to go. But to suggest this current period from Rodgers is much better is wrong.

If you can't create a capable squad after three full seasons in charge then you shouldn't be at a club the size of Liverpool. The job has run away from him.

Did Rodgers just throw Gomez under the bus in that interview?

Bodge didn't spend £300m. How many times are you gonna roll out the nadir of the club in living memory as justification for this utter bilge?
                                3rd place. Worst champions ever.
