Think Firmino might play in behind Benteke and Coutinho on the left.
    Are we winning?

If it is a 3 in behind Benteke it can be very fluid as all those 3 could play any of those roles. I wonder if Coutinho might be in the midfield with the other two playing further ahead of him.

Southampton are a really good team and it will be tough but we can pick up 3 points today.

I don't think it really matters anymore. The preparation done in the days leading up to this game will be about negating their strengths and exploiting their weaknesses. That work is dependent on the opposition lining up a certain way so we will have a good idea what southamptons team will be.

The same applies to them. They will know our what our starting Xl will be beforehand.

They might have an educated guess at what the side is going to be but no way would any team be happy with the opposition knowing well in advance of the side they'd be facing.

Right now its no big deal as the starting 11 almost picks itself with only small variations possible but if everyone were fit then you'd prefer an element of surprise.

Another game down and more work on the training ground. Hopefully the team are buying in to what Klopp wants and we can see an improvement on the pitch. I like that the work rate has improved but we really need to be better on the ball, we are so slow to release the ball and a bit predictable to play against.

I think the fullbacks have been the ones that have been asked to do more than anyone else. I do worry about them playing so high will leave us exposed at the back, likes of Tadic and Mane will surely be looking to counter on that. If they are to push up that high, their delivery needs to drastically improve. With Benteke back and maybe Firmino in for Milner, we might have a bit more cutting edge up top...well hopefully. Going to be a tough game, their a good side.. functional and with quality.

To be fair Kloop has barely had any time with them at all on the training ground .. I think most of it will be purely tactical, will start to see the fruits of his training at just about the time when all our difficult games finish ... amazingly win this and we are just 3 points off 4th .. having sacked our manager .. been hit extremely badly with injuries and with one of the best managers in the world at the helm, top players coming back each week with a very very good run of fixtures almost right to the end of the season ... I've told the lad he's a bellend. That should put a stop to it

Disagree, the full backs barely got over the half way line against Spurs

They did, just lacking any sort of end product lousy poor in possession going forward.
