Side Note: The pitch started to look a bit beaten already during our last home game, the issues from last year didn't get resolved did they because of the stand?

Existing surface was upgraded in the close season......
Presumably the FA Cup game will be the weekend of the 9th Jan.
In 2nd Dec to 2nd Jan, lets hope that we have already qualified from the EL group before the Sion game making that a non-event. The COC game at Southampton, presumably as it is a quarter final we will be taking it seriously, so we'll put out a strong side. The PL games don't look too bad on paper at least, but we really need to start picking up points and hopefully this will give us a chance to do that. The Leicester game will probably be the toughest given their current form, and I always dread Sunderland away, because it seems that no matter how crap Sunderland are we often seem to struggle up there.
It is a busy period but hopefully we will have some players back and others finding form and we might be able to do a bit of rotation to keep people fresh
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.
