It was a poor start to the half (European hangover?) but we got better as the half went on, I think we need to show more quality in the final third, because the goal aside (which was great team play to be fair) we haven't linked up much in that area, and that is probably why we have scored so few goals this season.

I don't think we need to make any changes at half time. We look quite comfortable going forward, just wish Can could ping it forward without taking three touches, could release Coutinho or Moreno a lot quicker.Was muß, das muß.Comment

They really had us on the back foot early on & deservedly took the lead after a poor clearance from Can. Trying to be too smart when he just needed to get it out of the danger area.
That sprung us into life & we looked dangerous. We look better on set pieces today & im actually expecting us to score from them. Lovely play for the goal. Bring on the 2nd half. I think we'll fancy ourselves for the 2nd half.Me, I’m either planning a holiday or I’m on one.Comment

Can't believe we couldn't score without having a key player injured as well. It's like there's some karmic balance that's only satisfied if things go **** for LFC.
These lot are awful, scored from an only chance which they shouldn't even have been given, meanwhile we're wasting everything on the other side when we should be three or four up.

3 mistakes for that Palace goal. Moreno, Can & then three players backing off Bolaise & allowing him to get an unchallenged shot off. Poor tbh.
