Yes he's a different type of player. We should adjust to him rather than him trying to adjust to us.Originally posted by redmike65 View PostSlow as in "slow" rather than actually slow!
I mean he is not able to react to quick one-twos, esp the round the corner type passes that players from Brazil are rather nifty at. Tiki-taka in the penalty area is just not his thing. Are we winning?

Very telling. A nice reading would be that he is trying to educate Sturridge, but I'm sure you don't become a professional footballer without realising that knocks and strains are part and parcel of the game. You'd have to be daft.Originally posted by Bender View Post
On which subject - I didn't see he game - did Studge put in a shift when he came on?Really?

Thanks Nicey - can I clarify - what I really meant to ask was does he appear to be adopting Klopp's high pressing game? I suppose you're telling me that he did not, which would be very concerning.Originally posted by Nicey View PostNo ... but he was bright as always in his movement

but good to see them both back certainly. Hendo will likely flourish under Klopp, but personally I'm hoping that Ings comes back without long lasting damage as I think he will really add value in this system.Really?
