Why does it matter to you how pressing is referred to? Klopp refers to it as gegenpressing - it's how he wants us to play, so surely it's an accurate reference. At no point does anyone say Klopp invented it - it's how he wants his teams to play.

    Gegenpressing FTW

The last 10 minutes were special, I think you had to be there but I can see it being a huge catalyst.

Yeah I'd much rather Firmino up there and Lallana and Coutinho in behind like at City. Pace, movement and ability in tight spaces. Will help unlock those packed defences rather than swinging in crosses against team renowned for their aerial ability, crosses meant for somebody whose stood outside the box more often than not cos he's not arsed.

Players do this in Oz all the time. Sign autographs, shirts all that & just hi 5 the crowd all the time. Connecting with the fans is an important part of the relationship & fans are more inclined to "support" someone that we connect with.

Its not just Dortmund , I think most German teams do it...I see almost every Freiburg home game and this is done after every match , as you say its a way of showing appreciation to the supporters - it creates a great bond between the players & the crowd

Bogdan should be given a chance for some games over Mignolet. No harm in evaluating him till New years and then making a decision on whether to purchase a new goalkeeper in January or in summer.

Origi should start over Benteke. I am wondering if Klopp is managing the number of starts Origi has just to make sure that he does not overplay a young player.

I can understand why Klopp got the players to do that with the crowd at the end. After the palace game he asked the crowd to believe and fight with the players to the end. Both players and supporters answered the call. I thought it was cool and entirely appropriate.

Personally I think Origi will end up a better player than Benteke

In fact I think he might end up a very good player

I think he'll end up on loan to nantes in a year or two.

Was saying exactly this to the missus, although there is some talent in the squad, there just isn't enough of it.

Watching us today trying to thread through balls and use skill and nous and bar Countinho we have none of it, we simply do not have the required quality to break teams down efficiently.

We no longer have someone like Stevie or Suarez within the squad who could turn a match on it's head and that is disappointing and needs addressing big time in addition to Mingiolet who needs booting out of the club asap.

We need a clear match winner.

Spurs lost! They were winning last i remember looking.

This weekends footy isn't turning out so bad after all.

He definitely looks more suited to Klopp style football than Benteke - he makes runs, gets involved in the build up.

Benteke might! Origi actually has the natural game that Klopp can make use of, Big Ben does not and at 25 probably is already too old to be changed.
