Was tempted to go with Benteke in a diamond with Origi too.

You'd think so, but last two games where a CB has been injured we've played Can & Lucas at the back instead. Probs cos we were losing and needed a bit more ability on the ball, but will have to see.Originally posted by G View PostCan see no reason why Kolo won't fill in if Lovren doesn't make it.Forwards.......

I assumed that's why he did what he did. He subbed in a midfielder and a striker because we were losing those games rather than waste a sub on a straight swap at the back.Originally posted by DannyMan2006 View PostYou'd think so, but last two games where a CB has been injured we've played Can & Lucas at the back instead. I know Kolo is a bit mad but don't want to see Can there, he's not good defensively and has been shifting around everywhere to no avail. Sakho/Kolo partnership hopefully will do ok, they'll have their work cut out for them though considering neither is fully match fit. Big game for Lucas in front of that backline. Actually big game for everybody, get the finger out and show us that we are much better than what we have being serving up.
The christmas fixture list is a great time to catch up some points.

Difficult one this. Just like the watford game. We need to make an assertive start & have them on the back foot early doors. But we need to do it very well organised so we don't a) gift them a goal or b) get caught out! If that does happen, im sure they will be happy to sit back, soak up the pressure & look to hit us on the counter. Very important we have players who can get back & track back quickly! Not sure what formation i'd play though. Im kinda stuck on what will happen! What should happen is we should have plan a as attack from the off & put the pressure on them. Plan b is if we go behind we can start to play a different way so we don't go further behind (more defensive) but still are able to break quickly & directly to get back level.
**** man this is a tricky one! But we need a win here!

He certainly has taken his chance with both hands ...looks a playerOriginally posted by BigChief View PostThe only good thing I can see from Watford is that Origi is now a nailed on starter. The Benteke project failed and so did the Firmino floparama. Burden now well and truly placed on Origi. Sink or swim lad.Anybody who criticizes Klopp ever is a James Blunt. Nov 2015

sleep through it, take the dog for a walk on the beach, maybe take a rod with you. later in the day you can check the result and then open some red wine and be smug that you made the right decision.Originally posted by foresterbloke View PostI must sound like a right fair weather supporter but the current team aren't even trying so I don't see why I should either.removing all the weak links makes us stronger
too many gutless players, no beef or desire. pussies everywhere... sack them all.

If we win I'll watch the highlights. I don't mind ****ing up my sleep patterns if the outcome is positive (if we win or lose but put in 100%).Was muß, das muß.

Top 4 is not happening this year, that much is clear at this stage. Even in a league so remarkably in flux with old traditions and dependables gone out the window, any team losing to Watford or Newcastle and meekly handing over the lunch money to the likes of West Brom etc. will easily and quickly find that there are at least four other teams better than them (if not more).
The job of work that Klopp faces has been revealed to be massive, now that the smoke of his appointment has cleared a little. We're in massive trouble all over the field by the looks of it, it'll be next season before we can expect a consistent upward swing I think.
Comfortable Leicester win here.

I don't know, if Vardy is injured then the reduction in movement up front will cause Leicester to look like relegation fodder. It's a funny old game.
Mahrez on his own can be contained, a lot of his good work is down to Vardy's presence as defenders concentrate on him. Ulloa is a donkey in comparison. One tit for another.

Hmmm......the resemblence is uncanny, they really shouldn't sell him.* The above is posted in my opinion. Feel free to disagree.

Could be mind games - hopefully he'll miss the game!Originally posted by BigChief View PostI don't know, if Vardy is injured then the reduction in movement up front will cause Leicester to look like relegation fodder. It's a funny old game.

A knock picked up by Jamie Vardy during Leicester's victory at Everton is not serious, according to manager Claudio Ranieri.
The England striker limped off clutching his hamstring and was replaced by Leonardo Ulloa after 87 minutes of the Foxes' 3-2 win at Goodison Park.
Ranieri said: "Yes he was a little bit hurt and he was a bit tired. But it's nothing serious, so I put on Ulloa to keep possession and jump on set plays."What do you mean it could've been anyone? Name me one person who's got a grudge against penguins
