It would be nice to grab a few goals though & for some to gain confidence as a result. It worked well for Origi when he grabbed the hatrick vs Sthptn. He looked good after that & bursting with confidence. Would like to see Firmino & Benteke grab the headlines.*

To be fair, if we fail to turn up and do a Watford, then anything can happen, but all things being equal they are a poor side who offer little going forward, lack a competitive midfield and have an atrocious rearguard.
You'd think after recent performances, this group of players would know what the manager expects from them and its only this lack of application that could lead to us struggling.
Very little in the way of excuses for not turning up against them IMO, especially with the little 'break' of the last few days, so we'll see what happens.

We have to earn every single 3 points home and away, its the top lg in the land and any team on its day with the right bit of luck can turn any team over, that much has been proved.

That said there is huge difference between some of the lesser teams and some of the **** teams.

Crystal Palace, West Ham Early Doors and Watford are not **** teams, lesser teams sure but by no means **** Collectively they have beaten Liverpool x3 , Arsenal, Man CitY, Chelsea x 2, and drawn against United x2, Chelsea x 1 Whereas Sunderland are genuinely a little bit **** and will most likely be playing Wes Brown and Coates at the back in a 442, there only spell of games with some kind of form came from playing 3 CBs but a number of them are injured at present.

I am not expecting us to batter them but we sure as **** better beat them.
