I'm going to be in Australia for the second leg so will be looking for somewhere in Melbourne to watch it (if I'm allowed)

it was good to see benteke get off the bench for a little stroll. wtf was that
good to see some pressing, and mostly a team/group pressing giving stoke nowhere to go but back.removing all the weak links makes us stronger
too many gutless players, no beef or desire. pussies everywhere... sack them all.

I wonder under Rodgers was training a stroll or something. We seem to be dropping like flies with Klopps double sessions & the busy christmas period. 5 Hamstring injuries seems a bit more than a coincidence.
Doesn't Bilic want to move training ground because of their injuries? Not saying that's the issue but it's certainly interesting.

Suarez wasn't that great with his shooting when he first joined, took him a while to adjust but when he did... oh boy!Originally posted by TheElephantMan View PostI thought Firmino played well. His shooting is horrible at times, but his movement is excellent and he looks deceptively powerful. I think his shooting will improve soon, he seems to be adapting to the pace and physicality of the league now.Was muß, das muß.

I thought our passing was **** and we didn't give offer any outlets. We seemed to panic and hoof more often then I'd like.
Some lovely footwork in the pelanty box though!
MOTM:
Toure
Can
Lallana
Special mention for Allen whom I thought was also excellent, added calm to midfield and almost always spotted a pass. I didn't see him get out muscled either which is interesting. He really suits those bigger pitches. Was muß, das muß.
