I kind of wonder what the situation with Harry Wilson is because I think he is the type of player who would be suited to the wide roles we play, (obviously he's not the level of Salah or Mane) and I worry a bit that he doesn't have the pace but we haven't really seen him given a go so I have no idea what his level would be with good players around him. I'd been assuming that Brewster was seen as the better talent and would be the one to get game time.

Same with brewster except substitute free kick ability for finishing.

Perhaps he will be one day but at the moment, nowhere near the level of the front three who are 3 of the best footballers on the planet.

From what I have seen of Brewster, his build up play is not close to Minamino or Shaqiri and behind Divock as well.

Buy back clause and a sale of 20mil to cover ourselves with Thiago if Gini leaves seems like a smart move.

We don't know whether he would be a consistent performer for us. I would loan him again this season as he will not get enough games at present. Can always then recall in case of a disaster.

I have complete trust in the club. Youngsters who seem to be able to absorb and implement our style of play are given opportunities to play. Browser and Wilson haven't been given chances in must win games or even important cup ties and so they can't be ready or up to it. Looking at Williams, Elliot and Jones, age isn't a factor
