[QUOTE=Irishnev;3677276]I genuinely think he’ll be one of the best midfielders in the world in a few years - he’ll go the same way as Trent. On a tough day at the office he stood out again - he is 19
As above
Amazing

He actually reminds me of Gerrard at times. We play a different style of footy than we ever did with Stevie, but Jones has got that desire to get on the ball and get forward.
What a huge talent he is.

Had a dream today (dinner break WFH
) he scored a winning CL goal after a very similar run to put us through.

That barnstorming run against Fulham, such a shame that the finish wasn't quite up to it.
The level of progress he's made is astonishing. He's come on leaps and bounds this season - and actually - thanks to the ****ty injury problems he's developed more... so silver lining and all that.

We haven't seen his shooting properly yet. I'm very comfortable with him having a pop from 25 yards out than Gini or Hendo. Defenders can't sit back when he's ready to let go, and that creates space for Firmino/Salah/Mane.Originally posted by Fredo View PostHe's a rolls royce. So much talent and he makes it look easy.

It's mad cos I talk like this to my mates who support other teams - mostly City and United living where I do - and they just do not see it. In fact I've been laughed at. They obviously don't pay the levels of attention we do, and Jones looks to be moulding his game into a less flashy, more efficient almost grown-up kind of centre mid, but my mates are wrong and we are right.
I think the Euros will come a shade too soon for him - and there's pretty stiff competition - but he will go on to become better than any of them. He's a worldie in the making.

What? He does one every game, not deliberately but last night he caught someone on the following through. He's discreet!Originally posted by baitman View PostEh
Haven't seen many of Curtis stamping on players ankles
