Not to mention that cowardly ****house Pickford should have got a red early on! Never been so angry after watching a game.

Yeah I'm still pissed off about that. Everton have had their best season in years and we're still looking down on them.

Jurgen will have us back on it next season

        PL 2020/21 Season.

Won 5 of the last 7 and the team in form and could easily have won the last 7 as we were leading late on against Leeds and Newcastle.

We’re somewhat still in the race for top 4!

        Are we winning?

Leicester play Chelsea in the FA Cup final on Sat and again in the league next midweek.

Leicester will go full on for the FA Cup whereas Chelsea have bigger matches coming up so I’ll take Leicester for the cup & the Chavs for the 3 points.
Me, I’m either planning a holiday or I’m on one.

Would rather Leicester won the league game against the Chavs.

That way 3 wins would guarantee us Champions League

Yeah ok I’d not looked at the table for a bit, no need really before this morning, so yeah can Brendan the choker do it? Who’d have thought Arsenal would beat Chelsea? It’s a weird season

When you consider what we have been through this season, and then realise. We win our game in hand to go 7 points behind a Utd team that considered themselves title challengers. We could qualify for Europe ahead of a buoyant Chelsea team, who fancy themselves for the CL.

We've got to land it, obviously. And I am not sure I trust us just yet, but there were signs last night of what we used to offer.

I thought there were parts of last night that reminded me of us pre pandemic; high pressing to win the ball back, fast movement and passing, not all of it was like this and you can still see the frailities (at the back in particular) but for the most part we looked more cohesive than we have done for most of the season.

If we can make the top 4 this season after what can only be described as a horror show compared to the 3 previous seasons then that will be some acheivement and it'll certainly help define what our Summer business might look like.

Knowing our luck we’ll miss out .. just. And Everton will be celebrating their role in being the difference for the next 10 years.
                        3rd place. Worst champions ever.

I agree to a certain extent we did look alot better than we have done, I wondered how much that was helped by Man Utd's style of play suiting us. The remaining games are likely to be against teams packing the defences denying space etc.
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Amazing how we all love football again after pumping Man U and a top 4 place being within our grasp

Challenge now is to perform in the next 3 games which will be played in a short space of time and I assume we won’t be rotating much over these games. Thursday, Sunday, Wednesday, Sunday is tough.
