We’ve seen a fair bit of Virg & he’s looking ready to go but I haven’t seen anywhere near as much of Gomez. Is he on target to be ready for preseason or is he some way behind with his rehab work?

Preseason 2021

A few players will be 30 or more into next season.

Virgil, Bobby, Hendo, Thiago, Milly, Matip. Sadio and Mo will be 30 next year. Squad needs freshening up soon, despite these lads having quite a bit in the tank left.

If we have a succession plan, we need to start to see players coming in sooner rather than later. 2 years left of Klopp after next season.

Yeah. I think this summer is fairly important. Hopefully there are some relative bargains out there with club finances not in the best shape.
