Looks like a lot of people are not taking any chances about catching covid (assuming it is not normal and nobody wants to go watch Spurs)

I'd be tempted to go ahead with the game with a midfield of Milner, Ox and Naby, assuming it's safe to do so.
Nothing at all to do with the fact I'm looking forward to watching the game.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

Spurs are ****, plus if we end up having to play 3 games in a week, we might end up having to rest more players anyway.Originally posted by spud_gun View PostEntire first choice midifeld + best CB missing

They have two of their most dangerous players with COVID - Son and Moura.Originally posted by spud_gun View PostEntire first choice midifeld + best CB missing
Bit of a risk
Kane is a fat wet lump at the moment, Konate can easily handle him. If he tries that backing up while bending over trick, Konate will crush his spine.
Keita, Milner and Ox isn't the best midfield but it might just work as a pressing machine which should let the front three do their thing. Was muß, das muß.

With City winning before us and possibly Chelsea, desperately need to win to hang in there. Don't want any gaps appearing between us and City.
Provided he's not ill with covid, how long is Virgil out for? Is it 10 days?Always borrow money from a pessimist. He won’t expect it back. Oscar Wilde

Chelsea match as likely to be off as ours. Two more confirmed cases for them.Originally posted by BobTheCharmer View PostWith City winning before us and possibly Chelsea, desperately need to win to hang in there. Don't want any gaps appearing between us and City.

I wonder how much say the clubs have as they'd be in a similar position to us. If they can put together a decent first 11, are they better playing it now, rather than adding to the already congested calendar after Christmas? If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?
