I’m watching - woeful defending by both full backs for the first two goals. The same RB who made a shocker vs United v poor on the first goal, the second goal the LB played a blind ball across his own box and they finished well, third goal was a break from midfield and a cut back to the edge of the box that the keeper could’ve done better. Milner tried his usual foul in the build up and he didn’t manage it

Not massively sure what the point of this game is?

It was £30 for a ticket also, so fairly sure the entire event will have just been massively underwhelming for everyone attending.

Horrible pre-season friendly. It’s really one for game-time/experience rather than any entertainment. Feel for the full backs but they were poor in first half.

Konate picked up a worrying knee injury and had to be replaced.

When it was arranged, they'd have expected to have the Ox and Kostas too. And maybe Ali or Kelleher.

To give players minutes. Yesterday we had to play a game under official conditions, so couldn’t do the usual raft of subs to get everyone 30/45 mins. Just a result of having a condensed pre-season.

done ok in 2nd half, Polish Mat has just come on and showboated past 2.
