He fluffed it - VERY raw still…..lacks subtlety. VVD absolutely butchered the follow up. I agree with others - it’s death by 1000 crosses right now and no threat from midfield….. nothing on the bench

Milner and Elliot have been threats so not correct to say there are no threats from midfield.

Looking at Nunez's goals from last season and the pre-season/season so far, that last effort would not have been out of place if it had gone in - a scuffed/mi**** attempt that somehow found the back of the net.

We still should have enough to turn this around in the second half, but it's the same old, same old when teams defend in numbers against us.

City do the same things over and over again and don’t change. Same for us and can’t find anything wrong with repeating a successful formula. How many teams have got the better of us while defending all game?
