I’m really looking forward to the game tonight. The City ground will be bouncing, and it will be a proper test for us

I am looking forward to this also, but still have a nagging concern about our current form, hopefully Slobo being back helps us control the midfield

Need to be deadly serious for this game. Gone into too many since the Real Madrid/Man City games believing we'll score a hateful so we can afford to let in a few...this could be all about one goal.

City have a Horrndous run coming up.

Concentration and keeping focused is likely to be the issue, Forest from what I have seen don't seem to car about controlling the game or having alot of possession their stats in that regard are fairly low considering their position in the table, what they do seem to be is effective in both boxes. I could see us controlling the game but that doesn't necessarily mean we'll win

Just having a look at Forest this season. They are bottom in the league for possession (even less than Everton who are 19th). They make the most clearances in the league too. It is quite extreme really. They will sit deep and counter attack. That's all they will do. They don't have a plan B. Simple as that.

We will have ALL of the ball and we just need to be clinical enough with the chances we do create.

They are really effective with the way they swamp the other team's flank to all but remove the other team's wing threats. That two double pivots thing they do is very hard to get through as well.

As you said, they are a counter attacking team, but they seem to have taken that tactic to an extreme with the two double pivots and the constantly changing formations during the game.

In many ways their in game formations are as fluid as our own, with all of their back and defenisve players able to change positions/formations with ease.

But on the contrary they've only scored 4 goals on the counter attack (we have 9).

Strange. They don't put many crosses in either which surprised me.

How are they scoring their goals then?

                              Bradley Konate VVD Robbo

                              Salah Diaz Gakpo

Bradley over TAA at the start, keep it more solid at the back, with the option of bringing Trent on if the game needs opening up, or if we want to try and punish tiring legs in the second half.

The rest of the team picks itself, based on the players who were no-shows against Accrington Stanley.
