    Momo Sissoko

I watched him play yesterday agains K'lautern and I was totally impressed! I know he's a great footballer and he prooved that last season... But man, what a game for him.

I think he looks bigger and stronger than last season and his tackles are getting more perfect by the minute. Plus he showed that he can pass the ball a little better and also dribble past defence (actually, this impressed me the most!)

    Agreed
Some lovely deft touches & passes
His normal physical prescence & a fair bit of flair too

And don't forget! Momo used to be a striker so I'm sure he can finish a bit as well.

      A real gem.

I was very impressed with him, he went out there and really played hard like he was a youth player trying to earn his spot on the 1st team. He is really a force out there and always wins those 50-50 balls in the middle of the park. Hopfully that his passing has improved becasue if he got that down he would be even a better player

I thought his short passing improved loads last seson. He lacks a bit of awareness now and again but that is something that improves with experience.

At the start of pre-season I heard someone say he was overweight so I'm glad he is now looking back to his dynamic self.

                Has he scored yet?
Rafa can really spot a central midfielder can't he? Xabi and Momo

Nope. He doesn't really get himself into goalscoring opportunities enough.

I've only seen him shoot at goal twice before - both were terrible efforts. Which is why I find it hard to believe he was a striker....

I think he's had a few chances - made the keeper make a save once or twice - as you say though he's had some gilt-edged chances that he's got a bit excited about and missed by a mile

I would love to know the Secret for his Endless Energy. The Only time I've seen him tired was in The FA Cup Final, and that's because he had to do Xabi's running as well

Reckon if he could improve his shooting he'd be edging towards one of the best in the world in his position. Everything else is perfect - especially the way he kicks the **** out of anyone who gets on his nerves.

Wonder whether if he'd had the misfortune to end up at Woodison he'd still be there now?
