Holy **** this is exciting, get in a top striker too and our starting XI will be awesome, we can even afford to rotate in midfield.

Wow... Never thought I would see a John Barnes type signing again where you know it's the real deal coming in & we continue to strengthen around that particular signing ala Beardsley, Aldridge & Houghton with Barnes at that time.

What a time to be a Liverpool head!

His vision and control of a football are up there with Barnes, Suarez and Firmino, one of those rare players that seems to be playing the game at a different speed setting to everyone around them.

That's why Real Madrid will give us €200m for him in 3 years time.

I read he's on £355K a week, so that will put him on a par with VVD I guess, but not quite Mo levels....still, I imagine that is what we would have been willing to pay Trent, so it all evens out.

Big time......just need to sell a few pricks and then we can sign some cunts.....

If Wirtz can settle quickly in the premier league then we will have signed some player

    Wirtz, Frimpong and Kerkez.

    Sell some players.

Next set of targets from all the talk in the press is a striker and a CB. And with the money they should be able to raise from sales you’d think there will be plenty to spend on those two.

Fernando was great for us at his peak, but he didn't win anything. Virgil and Becker were far more consequential signings. Even though Virgil was *only* £25mil less, he seemed nowhere near the gamble the vibes from this transfer are giving me.
