    Carl Medjani

Considering that Houllier claimed he had beaten off competition from Arsenal, Bayern Munich and Manchester United to sign Medjani and that Slur Alex even invited him (Medjani) over to view the scum's training complex in February 2003, what the hell went wrong?

Which is the strangest Houllier-signing saga: Medjani or Diarra?

Diarra for me - for stranger, made more so by his French Caps and that he didn't want to try and force his way into our midfield.

Obviously not got the right 'mentality.'

Maybe Ferri. how many games did he play?

Ahhh Houllier. If most of his French signings lived up the their billings then we'd of had some bloody team.

He is indeed. Think he's being loaned out again for the next year. Knowing Houllier, he's probably on a twenty-year contract.
