    I don't really follow the game that much, but it really looks like northern hemisphere rugby has gone backwards since the last world cup. TBH, we've been an embarrassment.

    We'll be given a lesson by the Aussies next, but then they do have over a million people....unlike Fiji

        I think Scotland will beat Italy quite easily. A lot of people think of Scotland around 04-05 when they were utter crap. They have improved a hell of a lot in the last two years. A lot of people still look at wales as the standard they were in 04-05 when they would have probably got to the semi's of the world cup if it was then. I think they are by far the worst of the home nations teams.
        I think it's a foul, and if the ref gives it. He got to give a penalty. I know it's outside the box, but you see them given that close to the area. So if the ref gives it he's got to give the penalty as it so close to the area. But I think it's a penalty. Robbie Savage 8/11/06

                oh the difference on this thread.

                i really hope Scotland go through tonight, and that being the same for any of the British and Irish teams, and after them, the Northen hemisphere on a whole.

                the amount on c unts on this thread remind me why this is a football forum, and not better informed bunch of posters on a rugby forum

                  Get over yourself, its a good bit of ribbing, nothing more.

                  I was in a packed pub in Wales last night (rugby fans) and they were all shouting on Tonga and going mental when they were winning.

                    Rocket you think you know everything about rugby don't you? You have to take off your red tinted glasses and realise that Wales are ****ing ****e. Your last post was bollocks, I am 99.9% sure you were supporting Tonga last night and are supporting Italy at the moment and maybe Argentina tomorrow.

                        i was in revising for exams, and didn't watch the game.

                        out of interest, have you ever been to watch Scotland? or any club rugby? have you ever played rugby? you only seem to come out of the woodwork when Wales Lose, or when Scotland have a rather large and significant game on.

                              Yes I have been to watch Scotland and yes I have been to club rugby games. I have also played rugby to a very high standard for my school where we were county champions and went on tour of Australia and Singapore were we played the national U21 team when we were 17-18 also we played Victoria state in Australia, St Edawards school (which have produced the likes of Gregan, Henjak, Giteau and they have a couple more coming through the ranks) Also we played a school called St. Ignasous (can't remember how you spell it) They are also known as Riverview and they were NSW champions for years. Have you played at all?
