And do what decent prem teams do and come back.....

ChesterDave 28-01-17 05:32 PM

If they were that decent they wouldn't have gone 2-0 down at home to a 4th tier team

labourRed 28-01-17 05:45 PM

2-3 now

rodo 28-01-17 05:48 PM

3-3

labourRed 28-01-17 06:00 PM

Must have been some game. Pity i'm not going to bother with MOTD

Vermilion 17-02-17 01:54 PM

'Mauricio Pochettino had spoken before the match about how keen his players were to put behind them a poor display in losing 2-0 at Liverpool in the Premier League on Saturday'.

:haha: What a Gent last night.

Phoenix07 17-02-17 02:54 PM

That's a pun Slinky will be proud of.

poorscousertommy 23-02-17 11:12 AM

I work with a lad who is a big Spurs fan. His mate is a season ticket holder with his dad and brother. His mate (I've seen the texts) was messaging him about getting their season ticket for the new ground. They went on a visit to WHL to look at a virtual tour thing. Anyway his mate couldn't go so his Dad and brother went.

Beforehand they had agreed on the season ticket they were picking up..... the cost in the new stadium?? 3k!!! Three fucking grand!

So Dad and brother go and end up upgrading to a 4k season ticket without this lads permission :haha: !!!

To top it all off they had to sign up for 3 years!!! so he is now 12k in the hole for 3 seasons of football!

foresterbloke 23-02-17 11:23 AM

Fucking hell that's the price of a new car!

Buzzo 23-02-17 11:28 AM

:haha:

12k, when you add in all the other match day expenses travel and going out it'll be beyond 15k. For football. Fuck that.

Alex 23-02-17 11:33 AM

What do you get for 3k? Id hope it comes with a pie at least.

3 seasons is 50 games, London, it'll probably just about get you a pie..!

Maybe 60 expenses per game is a bit much. But I know London.

I need to find out iof that was just league games or all games.

If just league games that's 12,000 for 57 games which is around 210 per game!

Bargain..!

You get to pick the team, and occasionally sub yourself on for the last 10 mins if you happen to feel like it for that right?

I thought maybe a half time blow job and all you can eat jellied eels.

poorscousertommy 23-02-17 01:26 PM

I'm trying to get hold of the price list now. Will put it up if I can.

poorscousertommy 23-02-17 04:05 PM

Just seen the full flyer for the ticket. It's more a corporate hospitality thing. You get a complimentary free drink and a luxury padded seat.

A potential visit from a Spurs legend so you get to meet Jason Dozzell.

Surely he is an Ipswich Town legend :D

red g 23-02-17 09:57 PM

Ali sent off ....Shocking challenge. 1-1 Spurs look like they are going out. Another top 4 rival with only top 4 to think of now.

Irishnev 23-02-17 10:00 PM

Ouch

Fivex 23-02-17 10:25 PM

Tottenham Hotspur

Shocking and blatant red but not entirely sure he meant it with the left foot not landing correctly before the attempted tackle. Would have to see the few previous seconds of that clip. So lucky it wasn't snapped but this type of stuff is standard for him so he needs to sort it the fuck out before someone ends up in a wheelchair.

completely meant it......He had just been fouled and should have had a free kick stood up and it was a revenge red mist tackle.

Fivex 23-02-17 10:46 PM

Fair enough, wasn't watching the game so only saw the above. :handshake:

Chris 23-02-17 11:08 PM

By far the dirtiest team in the league. Filled with absolute cunts.

Nothing club.

ChesterDave 23-02-17 11:28 PM

Like that time they got 10 bookings or whatever it was v Chelsea at the end of last season. Title challenge was falling apart and they lost their shit.

Chris 23-02-17 11:32 PM

Yep, even our game the last 20mins was spent trying to injure people. They lose their shit really quickly.

Bender 24-02-17 09:26 AM

Different angle ....definite leg breaker, you see the Genk players leg bend..and Spurs went out of the Europa league

Bender 07-03-17 03:52 PM

Work on Tottenham's new home at White Hart Lane is progressing well with the club publishing new pictures of the huge construction project.

The 61,000 capacity stadium is being built adjacent to their current home, with the club set to complete work next season
The 750m stadium will see Tottenham's capacity increase from 36,000 to 61,000 and feature a 17,000 capacity one-tier stand,
the biggest of its kind in the United Kingdom and inspired by Borussia Dortmund's 'yellow wall'.

Jammy bastards

red g 07-03-17 06:39 PM

sick of the Spurs love in. with Ali and Kane the rest of the premiership might as well pack up for the next 10 years.

Buzzo 07-03-17 08:19 PM

It's weird how Kane looks like an absolute cart horse whenever we play them, even Lucas had him safely tucked into the back pocket FFS, but bags hat-tricks against everyone else?

Flat track bully?

might have to start giving these twats some credit, Without Kane and 2 centre mid injuries in the first half. Good result.

Hope the twats still bottle it though

They're a boringly efficient team.

Have to be honest, would love a bit of that for our own remaining eight games. Just grind out the results and rack up the points.
