Fuck you City :)

Kenneth 10-04-21 02:42 PM

Pretty sweet. Leeds with 10 men and an injury time winner through the keeper’s legs. :D

rudedog 10-04-21 02:54 PM

Leeds stats

Shots on goal : 2
Shots on target : 2
Goals : 2

:haha:

City Stats

Shots on goal : 29
Shots on target : 7
Goals : 1

Hopefully that result against 10 men will dent confidence a bit and also give Dortmund a bit of a pick up too. Sooner this quadruple talk is squashed, the better.

Buzzo 10-04-21 05:52 PM

Palace already 0-2 v Chelsea

Roboklopp 10-04-21 05:57 PM

Bodge you utterly useless old clungepump :shake:

spud_gun 10-04-21 08:33 PM

Real currently 2 up against Barca

30 mins gone

Buzzo 10-04-21 09:05 PM

I don’t know why, but I assumed Real were having a shit season. They are currently top of La Liga.

I think they were. In a similar way to how City were also having a shit season back in October.

S-RED 10-04-21 09:37 PM

are they i thought Athletico were

spud_gun 10-04-21 09:46 PM

Atletico have shat the bed big time since January.

They 'should' have had the league sown up.

Fredo 10-04-21 10:01 PM

Deleted. Factually wrong. :D

Buzzo 11-04-21 02:49 PM

Lingard scores again. What a signing he has been for WHU.

McDermotX 11-04-21 02:50 PM

Not opposed to a WH win at all here. 2-0 after a VAR check

Open up that top 4 battle.

Drag Leicester into it and theyíll shit the bed again - WH have a handy run in if I remember correctly.

McDermotX 11-04-21 02:57 PM

Aye....potentially open up a couple spots to fight for

If we have any fight that is.

dom9 11-04-21 02:59 PM

Chucking that game away at Leicester is really starting to look more and more galling.

I think the heat will start to come on West Ham once they start to genuinely believe they can get top 4. The press attention that goes with that. Nobody in that squad or club has a history of getting across the line. Here hoping that continues.

McDermotX 11-04-21 03:12 PM

Jaysus

Leicester are gash. Wish teams would defend against us like this

Roboklopp 11-04-21 03:14 PM

Bumming for Brendog

McDermotX 11-04-21 03:18 PM

4

Battered....might be off though ?

Yep....still 3.

Jaco_Pastorious 11-04-21 03:25 PM

Would have preferred to have seen West Ham lose, at least if they had lost then staying ahead of them was in our own hands, them winning means we are back to relying on them cocking up whilst having no margin for error ourselves.

McDermotX 11-04-21 03:35 PM

3-1

20mins plus left

McDermotX 11-04-21 03:55 PM

3-2

6mins injury time left

McDermotX 11-04-21 04:09 PM

That'll do. Just 4pts from 3rd spot now with equal games played.
Leicester still have trips to ManU (like ourselves) and Chelsea, West Ham still to play Chelsea IIRC as well
Lots of points to be won and lost, but fighting for two spots is going to be more preferable.

Buzzo 11-04-21 04:11 PM

Yeah I agree. A draw between Man U and Spurs brings second into it a bit also.

McDermotX 11-04-21 04:15 PM

Aye.....I think a draw might be nice here, even though a defeat for Spurs would establish that 3pt gap, I can't justify a ManU win.......ever.
Need Everton to drop a bollock with their games in hand, and see where we lie.

It's there for us if we can just get that streak together. That's the biggest issue as always.

Buzzo 11-04-21 04:27 PM

Given how absolutely catastrophic our season has been, with the team decimated by injuries it is slightly miraculous that third is well within our grasp.

The fact that we are making hard work of every single point is the one thing that makes it difficult. Would be good if we could, for example, grab an early goal in a game for a change?

McDermotX 11-04-21 05:04 PM

Interesting to see if this is disallowed

Definite hand movement in Son's face in buildup from McTominay

Disallowed after review by the ref on the monitor. Sending off would have been harsh, if not fucking hilarious for a second yellow.
It was a foul, even though accidental. That's what you get for flinging your arm back.....Markovic-style.

spud_gun 11-04-21 05:07 PM

No goal

Now give him a Yellow

spud_gun 11-04-21 05:08 PM

:haha:

Neville and Tyler having a blinder

Neville - it's a natural thing you do
Tyler - If Son doesn't go down it isn't given

:haha:

Exiled_red 11-04-21 05:09 PM

I think that's a harsh one to disallow for that. Funny though it is to see others suffer at the hands of VAR

Kenneth 11-04-21 05:10 PM

Controversial :haha:

If he poked him in the eye then it's a foul, similar to Markovic's red, whatever the intent was. But it's impossible to see the minutiae of the contact in replays. Spurs lucky.

McDermotX 11-04-21 05:10 PM

And now Son scores. :haha:

Exiled_red 11-04-21 05:10 PM

Son rubs salt in the wound 1-0 Spurs
