Loyalty? I'm afraid not.
Reina was playing in goal for Levante today. And Torres and Gerra were both in the starting line-up too.
And Rafa.
It's a sad day..
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.
May the Lord bless this post.

The problem is that he didn't quash them before the world cup? Maybe you would need to ask the question why he left the club in the dark over his future for two months? If he knew 100% that he would stay and 100% wanted stay then the only thing he would need to do BEFORE the world cup was to say that he will stay. He didn't.Originally posted by Craig_H View PostI know what you mean mate, but he's responding directly to speculation over his future - and the other two havent got such speculation. It'd be a bit odd if they randomly came out and said "Oh by the way, even though nobody has mentioned moving, i can confirm i am staying"
In fact, there was talk of Gerrard's future back in the summer - and he came out and quashed it at the start of the season, same as Torres did.
The whole thing that he didn't want to talk about it is bull****, 100% bull****. If he didn't want to talk about it then the only thing he would have to say was, I will stay, BEFORE the world cup.
He simply didn't knew if he would stay or not. Do you really think that he would have stayed if Real Madrid made a good enough offer?
EVERYTHING points to that he wanted to wait and see if the right club made a bid. That is why he didn't say anything before the world cup.
When it comes to Carragher then he already showed that he now puts himself before the club when he fixed his new two year deal the day before NESV bought the club.Stop the cyberhate

from now on I will skip talking about our finances. That is a promise and will save myself from looking like a

Gerrard can do nothing wrong eh......Originally posted by Craig_H View PostGet over it Arn, it's pathetic

Maybe you should realize that Gerrard isn't 100% committed to Liverpool FC.

You're having a mental breakdown.
Who the hell said Gerrard 'can do no wrong' ? Of course he can do wrong, he's human like me and y...well, me.
He didnt kill your butler though, you have a serious personal issue & agenda here, and i'm starting to worry for your mental wellbeing.
I dont know why he didnt quash the rumours before the world cup, but i think it's a perfectly reasonable theory that he DID want to focus on S.Africa and leave it there. Why is that so far-fetched? England stupidly thought they could win the WC, obviously this was going to be the main focus throughout June and July, why WOULDNT it have been? Why did he NEED to say anything before the world cup? To answer to you?
Torres waited til after the World Cup before he committed himself to us as well - where's your anti-Torres agenda? Hypocrite, much?

Why get all personal Craig? Arn's got a different opinion to you, as have countless other people on this board, yet you get extremely offensive a lot of times other people do.Originally posted by Craig_H View Post

I see you've mastered your way up to the upper echelons in posts on this forum and I enjoy reading most of them and agree on quite a fair few, yet - and I am not the first to point this out - it would do you well sometimes to agree to disagree and not make sure each and every one of your opinions gets defended to the hilt and imposed on everyone else. You don't see Shaggy with his 60 billion posts doing it, do you? And he doesn't 'own' this place either

I dont/didnt mean to get personal with arn. I just genuinely think he has a serious issue with Gerrard, which doesnt strike me as normal for a regular football fan. His attacks on Gerrard are unproportionately vicious, in comparison to the so called 'crimes' Gerrard has committed. Makes no sense.
And equally so, arn is perfectly capable of saying 'agree to disagree' as well. I dont see you telling him though.
Funny that.

The thing is, silence, saying nothing, the 'i'll see my contract to the end', the kissing of the badge, the 'I supported them as a boy, their my team', the 10 year contract, the vote of confidence... it all means nothing, what will be will be.
A player may say nothing over speculation about his future doesn't mean he's going, a player comes out and says he's going to see his contract out doesn't mean he's not going to go and a chairman gives a manager the vote confidence doesn't mean he's definitely about to sack him (usually does but not always).
What I'm trying to say in a long winded way is we don't know what these players are thinking or at the time they say things they may mean it but something can change in a moment.
