Wet, windy and running to the rave version of the theme from the movie Manniquin. Awesome!
A lot of people run a race to see who is fastest. I run to see who has the most guts, who can punish himself into exhausting pace, and then at the end, punish himself even more.

10.1km done before work. I planned on doing 12 though! Still think I've got another long run planned in on Sunday.

Nike Flyknit Lunar 2s!!!!! I love them. Just took them for a spin around my 7 mile route and what a ride. Rumour of Achilles rape-age are greatly exaggerated. 6:58/ mile averages aren't though. Best running shoes ever (for midfoot strikers and neutral runners)

Good diet there and you should be starting to see gains in the next week (compared to start) It might seem odd and I know most can't do it but try to take a photo of yourself after each workout and you can then see your progress.

Reading your routines you seem to be after the strength/cardio stuff as opposed to putting on size? Am I right?

If it's not and you want the muscle size then you need to reduce your reps and increase weight.

10 reps of current weight to warm up then
8 reps of maintaining weight to get the pump on then
                        6 reps of heavy weight.

If your muscle isn't struggling to lift the weight then it has no need to grow in size to be able to lift the heavy weight. If by the 3rd set of the routine (6 reps), you're not struggling with the weight after the 4th rep, of the 6, then you're not heavy enough with weights. You should be really struggling to lift the 5th and 6th rep.

Main thing is form though. Swinging heavy weights about without good form will result in pulled muscle and injury. Leave your dick at the door and focus on getting your form right as opposed to throwing heavy weights about to try and impress people.
                        Cheers

I'm trying to cut just now but it's really hard. Struggling to shift the fat that's left. There is actually a decent shape in there somewhere, if I can shift half a stone of fat I'll be where I set out to be. There really are abs in behind the fat on the lower tummy...honest lol. Just can't shift this fat

When I was eating to bulk up, I REALLY bulked up, perhaps a bit too much as it's hard to alter the eating habits to suit a "cut"and lose what I've gained in terms of bulk.

Didn't set out to be a bodybuilder size, just enough to have a decent physique.
                          Cheers

Anyone got any tips for a rotator cuff injury?

No arm work. If it's a tear then just time to heal and light stretching.

You can get the legs into shape while your top half heals
                              Cheers
