I admit I find his selfishness frustrating. But that's who he is.

Right putting that to one side, I was really impressed with his work rate and all round play yesterday. It looks massively better than 12 months ago. He will always miss loads but he'll also score loads.

I think injuries permitting he will have a very good season. Just got a feeling he might be more Mo from year 1 than year 2.

He's fucking smiling which he didn't do until after Christmas.

Go get them Mo.

Praying he gets off to a goal scoring start against Norwich. He looked really sharp and fit. He just needs one to fly in and I think he will have a season somewhere inbetween last season and his first season.

It was very clear the team didnt fancy attacking down the left hand side and playing through origi...
We need mane back for better balance and then the opposition defenders will be more stretched.

When he came his upper body strength was ridiculous. Then the injury from Kiev he was pretty recultant to use it last year and test it out. Time and again he did today, the memory of that final gone

He's been absolutely amazing for us, he seems to be getting better and better and that smile, lights up the world every single time. He's fucking rapid as well, some turn of pace. Made up that he's ours, that goal today is one of the best I've seen by any player.

Just watching MOTD and the highlights again with my lad this am.

It’s not often I’d comment on a pen. But the tekkers on Mo’s pen yesterday was unreal. Has to be the perfect penalty.

To get curl from that close is astonishing.

His pen against Spurs in the CL Final was just as powerful but had fuck all placement like this one.

1st season = smiles galore
2nd season = no smiles until January, thoroughly glum at times
3rd season = smiles galore

Would love to know what was going on first half of season 2. Frustration at not being fully fit? World Cup hangover?

If he stays fit, I think he may beat season 1 stats.

Fucking incredible really.

You're not a cunt

You're just a bit reactionary and spout overly negative shit on occasion .

Still a good bloke though, and if I could afford a Porsche I'd buy one off you.

(I'd buy a 70s Porsche off you though, and I'd break your leg when I did it because we're both proper men )

The 8 people who post in those threads are all relentlessly negative. It's probably why the rest of us don't bother.

He was very wasteful yesterday and is greedy but also has more assists last season and season before that than any other Liverpool player. He creates so much.

He does, electric player that creates opportunities for others with his runs dribbles etc.

But fuck me he is one greedy fucker.

Hard to tell if we would score more if he was more selfless.

I think we probably would.

i think we would too.

Sadio and himself have a proper rivalry going on. Bobby seems to be bezzies with Sadio......but Mo maybe not so much.

In reality though, I don't think we have ever had such a brilliant attacking trio. For me, these 3 are better than the Barnes, Beardsley, Aldo/Rush combo. And I never thought that I'd see a Liverpool team better than that.

I think he just feels that he has to score in every game, for me there were 2 chances that he had to play in team mates in much better positions, the Mane one and the Firmino one where he just rolled it to the keeper.

In fairness he's a great player and that is probably the only criticism of his game, and fortunately those moments came when we were winning. You could worry that the season could come down to GD and we could have won 5-0 yesterday.

Hopefully Klopp has a word with him and he will be a bit less selfish in future.

Bobby is the one that you know will pass every time in that kind of position.

Salah and Mane have selfish streaks, but that's why they win Golden Boots.

The front 3 are all brilliant.
