Yeah, Doddie Weir and the Doddie Weir foundation have raised a lot of money and awareness up here.

We also had Fernando Ricksen die a couple of years ago. Locally Marius Zaliukas who captained Hearts also died last year. Hearts have given the front of short sponsor to MND Scotland this year.

A friend of my Mum and Dads has it, she found out last year and is in her 70’s she is in the early stages and is pretty stoic. She has begun to lose her voice and they have tech where you can record a certain amount of words and they can recreate it in the digital voice as you deteriorate.

In terms of Illnesses you just would not want to have it is right at the top.

Hadn’t noticed that. So a 5-3 as opposed to 6-2 split on the bench. That’s a big call.

Had been previously worried how Wales online would be coping with only 4 Welsh in the squad

As it stands it is a:

England 8
Wales 5
Scotland 5
Ireland Ireland 5

Split.

The most representative lions team in a generation!

I got just under 200, there were a few I’d totally forgotten about and a few I don’t recall at all. The entire quiz takes place over what was, fundamentally, a dark time for Scottish Rugby.

There were guys there I wouldn’t have got no matter what - seeing some of the lads who were picked was a dark time for rugby full stop

I can't believe that O'Gara never started for the Lions. Spent 3 minutes typing it in different forms thinking that there was some unique spelling

That’s me on all of these quizzes.

About 2 mins on various combos for Dallalgio.

His time overlapped with Johnny Wilkinson and as much as I loved him I think his “style” wasn’t synonymous with Lions traditions. I think peak O’Gara would be very much a fav of Gatland now.

What O’Gara is “famous” for from a Lions perspective is the assault on him by Duncan McRae vs the Warratahs. He was pummelled by him when he was on the ground

A few names I googled the spelling and big Lawrence was one of them

Lions causing a lot of their own problems here.

A couple of huge plays from Itoje have been crucial. Eliot Daly giving a few pens away.

He’s a skilful player but lacks a bit of grunt. And discipline.

Lions need to get a bit of control.

Their defence is immense. Our centres are not in the game. Daly with silly mistakes and Henshaw invisible

Yeah that’s the first decent passage from the Lions there. But yeah centres aren’t making any ground at all.

I don’t think there is much in this. Lions have made errors at key moments. SA have been pretty flawless.

Biggar has been shit also. His kicks for touch go about 15ms. Missed a very getable pen.

Doesn’t offer much as a playmaker, can see why Russell and Smith are options.
