Lo Celso - v good and massive potential

Surely they aren't signing all of them.....because if they do it's a 3 way fight for the league
He's Dyabalically over rated imo.

If Dybala can repeat the mind blowing 5 league goals in 31 games from last season he could well fire them to every trophy going.

It’s a lot of players to bed in. All of them expecting first team football and most of them inexperienced in the PL.

It’s a good summer in Football Manager terms, in the real world? We’ll see.

It's 4, tops. No more than we've signed over many recent summer windows, majority of them coming from outside the PL too.

They won't be signing Bruno Fernandes as well as Dybala.

Apparently Juventus are happy to help out and cover some of Dybala's wages. So many red flags with this one

I think he fell out with the manager plus they seem to be having a fire sale to balance the books?

They won't get Fernandes as well. I think that may have been done to smoke out Lo Celso with Betis. I could well be wrong though.

It's still a 3 way fight if they get the others all over the line.

They are trying to strengthen when they are at the most attractive they've been.

If they get all 4 they have had an absolute blinder.

4 without PL experience though

We typically sign players who have played in the PL. Alisson and Fabinho the exceptions, but then Fab was then given 6 months to bed in.

Sessegnon just a full season in the PL?

Alisson, Fabinho and Keita hadn't played PL before. So Shaqiri was the the exception last summer, being the only one with PL experience.

1 out of 4. Same ratio Spurs were looking at until Dybala apparently fell through.

Shame about Dybala

Saying that I hope they don't go back in for Coutinho now!

anything less than a proper title challenge has to be minimum requirement for them this year. Heads will go with expectation

Manager's been there all but 2 minutes. Must be a right c*nt

I think the deal's fallen through as Spurs wanted Juve to cover too much of his wages so that they don't break their wage structure (hence Kane, Alli , Son will come knocking on the door)

Just when I thought Spurs didn't have scope for improvement. These boys just keep raising the bar for the rest of us. Hardly fair FFS.

Decent price. Getting him and Ndombele for 100 m and Coutinho on loan would have been a perfect window for us imo.

Lot of talk about Sessegnon in last few years, looked way out of his depth last season in prem but he does have age on his side.

If anything, all this strengthening hopefully translates into more competitive games against City. The dirty fucks.

Do they have any CB's? The brace of Belgians are being split up, Sanchez hasn't quite hit the mark yet. Are they just the trendy new Arsenal?

It's just like having "La" or "Le" I think, only it's neutral gender. In Spanish

The run to the CL final is masking an atrocious run of form from Spurs.

Quote:
Spurs are winless in eight consecutive Premier League away matches for the first time since December 2011 to April 2012 under Harry Redknapp.

They have two points from those eight games.

After today, 15 points from 15 games. Feels like they get a pretty easy ride in the press.

Well September and October is our chance to slap the top six big clubs around a bit with Chelsea, Man Utd and Spurs coming up!

Then shortly after in November we have Man City...
