PGA Tour Golf thread

Couldn't find a dedicated golf thread so fuck it, here's one!
Anyone been watching the latest PGA event? The course is being eaten alive but it's still been a great tournament - should be superb viewing tonight. Bubba leads Rose, with Rory & Tiger about 8 back.
I think we're entering a golden era in golf - Tiger coming right back to form, Rory world no.1 and playing amazing, and the likes of Donald, Westwood, Kaymer, Kuchar, Jason Day, Adam Scott, Mickelson of course and a whole host of others playing consistently great golf. The Masters is going to be fantastic.

No then!
Great win for Justin Rose last night, he's up to number 7 in the world (with McIlroy, Donald & Westwood the top 3). Brilliant for UK golf.

watched the start of this, The start Bubba made was awful but then fully deserved with a pink driver FFS
See Tiger has another injury as well, real shame as it looks like he was starting to find some form again.

Woods will be fit for Augusta though. It's going to be a brilliant Masters, it's all setup perfectly

Always been in awe of his ability but I've never liked him. It'll be interesting to see if he can get back in to the world's top 5, then we'll see

He was brilliant at the weekend, watched every shot last night.
Sets the Masters up perfectly.
By the way, did anyone see Tommy 'Two Gloves' Gainey hit that 28 handicapper shot on Friday?! I was crying laughing.

Tiger circa 2001 had everything! I'm in the ND camp never really liked him but you have to appreciate his ability, would never want him to break Jack's record of 18 majors!

Re. Tiger, I really would love to see him win a major.
There are mass murderers and serial killers who have received more favourable press than Tiger did once he was exposed as an adulterer. He is a genius, and one of the best golfers in history who we are lucky to have witnessed.

Ahhhh we've all done that surely!
I really want to see Woods getting back in the mix for majors, he fucked up with his ex mrs but no real shock it happened (surely he must have broached the idea of getting her twin involved at some point!)

That shot on the 16th has to be one of the best shots I have ever see, that is up there on a par with the chip he played at the Masters a few years ago.

Luke Donald, the world number 1, finished his round on +9!!! I know they obviously toughen the course up for this event but fuck me you must have to be some player to go round in sub 90 or even sub 100

Rose and McDowell in with Tiger at -1
Westwood +3 and Rory +7
If Tiger can play that solid for the next 3 days he should win it
