Could have been two up there had Salah not made as mess of that attempt to finish.
On the attack quickly again though, Milner shoots and forces a corner for us

That was a bit of a shambles. No need to pass, and if you do make sure it's on the deck.

There must be loads of midfielders that wish they could pass the ball as well as VVD

Brilliant Started by Keita getting a foot in and winning it deep.

What a magnificent finish.
Naby nicked the ball to start it too.
Hope today is the day he gets his mojo back.

Imagine Moreno in that position.
We'd already be kicking off from the peno.

Salah forces a good save from their keeper. Corner to us
Corner leads to another corner

Yet another corner to us. Putting a lot of pressure on them now
Wijnaldum forces a save from the keeper.

Half time.
2-0 up is nice. Could have gotten another one or two in that half and not be flattered by the scoreline.
We started the half a bit flat, but once past the 15min or so mark we up our tempo and kept them under pressure.

Very good half, they are the ideal opponent as expected. Be nice if we can rack up a few more, dont really have to save our energy here.

I'm at work so only going off match report on BBC, but is that another goal VAR would have scrubbed off?

We definitely need Henderson for the Utd match, Keita is playing well but he's not quite ready for top quality opposition in my opinion.

Bloody good first half that. Hardly gave them a look at the ball. Everyone’s turned up to play today.

His arm was ahead of play but as that doesn't count, I'd say no.
