I'm a better keeper than Pickford

Even Big Shit Chris can score against him.

I nearly* spat my cornflakes out earlier when Lawrenson said the best keeper he's seen with his feet was Pickford on football focus. Stealing a living that fella.

*I wasn't eating cornflakes at the time.

Benteke with one goal in his last 34 Premier League appearances.

We did brilliantly getting away with that one without getting too burned.

He was superb pre Achilles injury and Rogers was stupid enough to blow a fortune on him. I never understood the logic of binning Carroll because he was a big man up front and then decided a year later to buy Benteke.

Another Edwards masterstroke getting almost all the money back from Palace

Tbf that was a great strike from Bernard. That’s it for the season from him though. Probably won’t score another now

I think I saw Everton have the second most points in the league since Carlo took over......we know who the first is

Iíve paid zero attention to their results but it suggests heís started well

Hmm, joint second, and have played a game more than everyone in the top half, so a slightly dubious claim. But he's started well, tis true, especially considering how shite the squad is. But then they've not won against anyone half decent and have a difficult run coming up. We'll see where that takes them.

Meh... tbh, I dont mind Everton winning a game or two every few months. They seem to have learnt their place over the years. Maybe in a few years, they will give us a game... or maybe, our kids a game...

One thing my girlfriend taught me... without expectations, you cant be disappointed... Something that would have got me through the last two decades with a little less heartache, but something I think Everton fans would benefit from knowing too.

I agree to a certain extent that the pundits and press like to have a go at some England players, Jordan Henderson has been on the receiving end of such stick.

Pickford I just don't think is good enough and I think it is a sad indictment of the England GKs that he is clearly No 1. It feels (to me) like the time when Rob Green was first choice and you knew he wasn't good enough but he was the best available. The problem is I think that there are some people who genuinely believe that he is a top keeper

I read his quotes. He doesn't seem to accept any blame for the mistakes, which is most worrying.

Dean Henderson has been better than Pickford (and de Gea).

Henderson has been far better than both of them. Pickford has been his usual self this season, few saves for the cameras and a few howlers as well.

His main issue is he's nowhere near the level he seems to believes himself to be.

He's one massively arrogant, unlikeable twat isn't he? Some players who are dickheads on the pitch seem sound off it, definitely not the case with him.

Dropping clangers every week for 2 years and he thinks he's getting criticism because he's English. He gets off lightly anyway, he's also seriously lucky to be at this level, no way is there not better keepers in the championship than this clown.

The Joe Hart point is bizarre as well, Hart got "pelters" because he turned abysmal, so abysmal he's rotting on Burnley's bench and their fans pray he doesn't have to play. The critics there were right!

I'd guess he's pandered to at Everton. Probably told that the mistakes weren't his fault. "You were unlucky there Jordan, your studs got caught in the turf" instead of "why didn't you save that with your feet you bellend?".

Be amazed if the first player Carlo buys in the summer isn't a keeper.

I love his searching for a positive.

"yeah I might have been the first goalkeeper that Big Shit Chris has scored against in a couple of years, but as it was a footsave (!) and the way I was stood its lucky I didn't snap my cruciate"

He seems thick as fuck also.

Thought he flapped at a couple of high balls yesterday. Don't know if that's normal for him, I haven't watched any Sheff U live games apart from yesterday and when they came to us.
