That was Salah's 50th league game at Anfield where he has scored 43 goals and got 14 assists

He has now got more goals than Suarez in 15 less games

Salah has the highest goals per game in the clubs history - 0.65 per game (not sure what the qualifier is games or goals scored)

This is highest points difference from the top to the next place in the history of the premier league/first division

Unlikely to be any sort of record, but when was last time we had a man sent off? I can't actually remember.

Alisson vs Brighton a couple of months ago, where they then scored before Adrian was properly ready

I still find it a mad one that Firmino hasn't scored a goal at Anfield all season in the Premier League, given we've won every single game

I think it has to go to Henderson, De Bruyne has gone off the boil but Henderson just keeps getting better.

Henderson is currently the complete midfielder (even getting goals last 2 weeks FFS) tackles, passes, presses, leads.

Du Bruyne does assists amazingly well but thatís really it, he is an attacking midfielder.

These awards tend to go to goal scorers or flair players. Would be great for it to go to a guy who is strong in defence but also contributes in attack.

As well as bonds the team and sets the tempo. He's the modern Bobby Kerr (yeah I had to look that one up).

if henderson can manage to get about 10-15 goals per season over the next couple of years then he can join the list of greats.....

He's been criticised throughout his LFC career for what he isn't. Now he is being lauded for what he is!!!

Lift the big cup in May (or more likely March at this stage!!!) and he will be on his way to being a legend. Another CL and a few more trophies and he will be confirmed.

Needs to work on his trophy lifting technique though!!!

Alisson POTY for me personally followed closely by Hendo, Mane, VVD, Trent and Gini.

not sure he'll be POTY because he missed about 10 league games.

The Premier League team of the year will be interesting though. In reality, if we go the season undefeated, then who could you leave out??

Even if we don't then Allison, Robbo, Virgil, Trent, Henderson, Mo, Mane all guaranteed to be in it surely. For me Gomez, Bobby, Gini and Fabinho should be in there as well. But that won't happen. They will probably put Vardy, De Bruyne, and someone like Harry Maguire in there!!!

Remember when Pogba got in it last year!?!?

Sterling will be a shoo-in for it this year. He shouldn't be but I'm sure he'll make it.

Pogba with an outside chance as well I'd imagine

The split vote among our players might have an impact with the PFA award IMO.....might even hand it to someone outside the club (DeBruyne), but the massive PR around Henderson of late can only help him (not to take anything away from his performances at all, but there is a factor).
Could propel him towards the Writer's Award in any case, which would be richly deserved, not to mention quite fitting as a reward for the team, being one of the most selfless players around.

Yeah, this thread has a clear and useful objective and the content could be used for the collective winding up of all other fans. Clogging it up with crap will diminish it's usefulness

Aged 19 years and five days, Toxteth-born Jones became the youngest first-team captain in Liverpool's history.

At an average age of 19 years and 102 days, it was the youngest line-up in Liverpool's history, eclipsing the team - average age 19 years and 182 days - overwhelmed 5-0 at Aston Villa in the Carabao Cup quarter-final in December when the senior side were at the Club World Cup in Qatar.

Curtis Jones and 16-year-old Harvey Elliott - three substitute appearances totalling 20 minutes between them this season - were the only two Reds players on show with Premier League experience.
