Yeah they appealed against CAS when Uefa launched an investigation. Its been kicked out as nothing has happened yet.

No idea what's going on at Uefa but I wouldn't expect that shower to be to follow through on anything which much conviction.

Probably but that's speculation from journos. Or had been deliberately leaked to press to garner reaction.

Reading the Guardian article, there's about 30% of me that thinks that actually they might get a ban.

City fans seem to think UEFA are running scared of their owners and don't dare punish them cos it will result in a legal battle that UEFA can't afford/will uncover too many secrets UEFA don't want heard.

And sadly, i think that is true.

Surely UEFA have their own in-house lawyers though. So it's not like they'd be paying a law firm an hourly rate to handle the case for them.

UEFA should just threaten to ban them until the legal proceedings are done, if that's the route they wish to pursue. They have the authority to do so.

I have feeling the "old clubs" are starting to be fed-up with City. If they tell UEFA to to do something UEFA will have to listen. The threat of a Super League outside of UEFA is always there, and the I`m not sure City will automatically be invited. The big clubs in Europe don`t need City to make a succesful Super league.

Some snippets of our figures in there - we need to boost commercial income and match day, we are quite reliant on tv money. We also are paying almost 60% of our money on wages - we need to get that closer to 50%.

Re City - flat commercial so as not to draw attention but itís the wages that amazes me.....yes it grew but I suspect itís far higher than reported

Our results are out in April, but I expect commercial to be boosted substantially. As well as broadcast and prize money from winning the CL / second in the prem.

They have another company set up that charges them as services. Accountancy obfuscation IMO.

Fair play to the Chavs, shame it wasn't sufficient:

Manchester City’s possession of 46.74% is the lowest recorded by a side managed by Pep Guardiola in any of his 381 top-flight matches in charge; BBC.

Seems as though Aguero might be out for a while.

He is a big player for them, particularly against the smaller teams where he gets most of his goals.

The ambulance crashes and aguero is killed in the resulting fireball, de bruyne who was holding his hand could only be identified from his dental records.
The ambulance driver was thrown clear but unfortunately he steered the fireball into the city team bus, the oxygen tanks exploded igniting the fuel tank on the coach.
There were no survivors and the resulting damage to the stadium will mean it has to he demolished.
The sheik was quoted as saying "ah fuck them all" as he got into his helicopter and flew off to buy another club instead.

It is totally Blue Fume. They are fucking nuts.

There is a thread on there about protesting VAR (they are obviously the team that has come of worst) there was a bit of support for them all taking 2 tennis balls to their match with Utd and throwing them on to the pitch at kickoff.

Fucking idiots.

What good would throwing 16 tennis balls of the pitch do?

It's a really shit plan for any number of reasons.

The trigger point was going to be a plane with a 'fuck VAR' or somesuch banner flying over the stadium.

Vip access at the top manny brass house, get him off his tits and secure enough dodgy video footage to allow city to spend a billion each tranny window with no come backs.
