Newcastle vs Liverpool - Premier League (19/20 - Game 38)

So the last game of the season where we finally landed the PL trophy. What a journey.

It is Sunday at 4. I think all the games are on. Heres hoping Leicester get the W.

Difficult to know what to expect from us. I wouldnt be surprised to see a lot of changes in the team.

In some ways it does feel like finishing this season on 96 points would be very apt. We will probably win though.

Race for Golden Boot*
Vardy 23
Ings 21
PEA 20
Salah 19
Sterling 19

Race for Golden Gloves*

How many pens have the Mancs had so far this season*
Utd 13 (thirteen) but many more in other comps.
City 10
Leicester 7
Chelsea 7
LFC 5

Top work

Expect mucho greediness from Mo, and probably a fully fledged hissy fit if taken off

Personally, I wouldn't mind seeing Vardy grab a hattrick on the final day

I hope Salah gets at least one so he can claim three consecutive 20+ goal seasons.

He left Melwood the other day. Joyce and the rest said he wouldn’t be included in the squad this weekend.

I don't think that front three will work so well, interesting to see where everyone plays. Ox on the right seems nailed on, I suspect Origi from the left and Minamino in the Bobby role. I would prefer to see Origi as an out and out centre forward, but I don't think Minamino on the left will work.

Would be fitting to finish the season on 96 points to be fair.

Although I'd like to see something from Minamino although hopefully this is the last we see of Ox as a forward.

Dominiating the game but we don't look to have much of a threat going forward

Not related to the goal, but I've not seen any evidence that Williams is ready for the first team yet, other than his selection of course.

He's looked good going forward. Defensively I'm not so sure, but that could be because the games he has played have been when all the defence has been fairly sloppy

None whatsoever so far. Having said that I think pretty much every team will play against us like this next year so we need to work out how we're going to play whilst not conceding shit goals.
