And he’s had a lot of games so the shitness is nice and consistent. His squad and the money they spent doesn’t allow him the excuse that the players aren’t doing it......but he did shout at Klopp once

Fat Frank is lucky Roman needed someone to keep the fans quiet what with the transfer embargo, under normal circumstances I don’t think Frank would have been anywhere near Roman’s shortlist.

Easily the most impressive part of that table is that Lampard is fifth in terms of matches played. That's just insane. He's done well to last this long.

The way they go through managers is incredible!
I think Frank surviving is a mixture of the transfer ban, use of youngsters, his status and Roman being banned from the country added to Covid.
He's not an easy person to like though so fuck him, hope he continues to flounder.

Oh Norbs...from the Bleacher Report
John Terry
1 OF 13
Let's start off with the obvious ones first.
When John Terry married longtime beau Toni Poole in 2007, he had this to say:
“I’ve misbehaved and slept with girls behind her back and that’s not right. She knows about it all now and we’re moving on. I’m not going to cheat on her ever again.”
Then, in 2010, came the scandal that turned a Chelsea icon and an England captain into a national villain, and first brought the phrase "super-injunction" into the international football lexicon.
John Terry imposed the super-injunction on a Sunday newspaper after hearing it was going to publish a story about his affair with lingerie model Vanessa Perroncel, then the girlfriend of his England teammate, Wayne Bridge. The courts lifted the gag order and the affair was revealed, costing him the England captaincy.
Vanessa Perroncel still contends the affair never happened, and Toni Poole has stood by her husband.

i think tuchel might be a good manager for them. Plays attacking football and will surely know how to get more out of Havertz and Werner.
Fuck sake wish we played them again before they sacked Lampard.
Lampard will get a big pay off so let's not feel too sorry for him (the whole football world will no doubt come out and say how he has been shafted). It will be interesting to see where he goes from here. Back to somewhere like Derby no doubt. I find it difficult to see a Premier league team giving him a job. Could go the way of Tim Sherwood

So out of his depth and an arrogant prick to boot - his highlight is shouting at Klopp whilst getting schooled.
Tuchel played good attacking football in the past but went into his shell at PSG and played kickers in midfield. He also is known for falling out with his superiors......it will also end well. Keeping the seat warm for Nagelsmann

If Tuchel gets the job, just watch the British media lump onto him with comments about how he should be in the running for the title with such a good squad.
Lampard with the exact same squad....no pressure from the British media about underperforming with a strong and expensive squad.
Not that I mind Tuchel being put under pressure, but the lack of it towards Lampard has been a joke given how entitled he has acted and how poorly he has done with the sort of players he has.

Don't like Tuchel, perfect manager for me to hate at Chelsea, absolutely toerag he is. Lampard's demeanor really did deteriorate. He went from a fresh smiling face to a spikey, narky fucker. As soon as that money was spent, the pressure and expectation came with it. He was always out of his depth, how many clubs have made that nostalgia error.

More like we did not see him as much on tv when he was at Derby, and we forgot what an entitled wannabe out of his depth dipshit he is. In terms of managers he is just another Tim Sherwood.

That Derby team should have got promoted automatically. Lampard called in a lot of favours and built a decent squad via the loan system.
His failure to get that team promoted should have precluded him from a Premier League job.

He got lauded at Derby for doing slightly worse than the guy he replaced.
Went to Chelsea, did worse in his first season than the guy he replaced and got lauded again.
Put someone like Rafa in a job in the UK in which he did the same and see how long it takes numpties on Sky like Carragher and the general british media to stick the knife in and offer their knuckle dragging take on it all.

He's been getting away with it since he started. They fast tracked him far too quickly. Throw in the Champ Manager style of recruitment from last summer which seemed frightening at the time, but as ever, bringing in that volume of players at one time, many of them with no prem experience just doesnt work.
It will be interesting to see what Tuchel can do, Chelsea undoubtedly have quality, but their squad is bloated.

Tuchel because he is easy to dislike and more chance of him cocking up once he falls out with his bosses whereas Rafa is both a good man and the sort of manager that would get that squad to play as a unit even in a short period of time and as such would not want him back there.
Only caveat would be if Rafa went there by tomorrow and by the next day had sent Rudiger over to play for us for the rest of the season

I'll miss the way he throws his players under the bus when things aren't going well......probably only a couple in the squad that havent been called out in a post-match.

Having a defender like Rudiger and not playing him is baffling enough until you look at having Rudiger and still getting in a 36 year old centre back to play instead of Rudiger.
