I'm 99.9% sure it's Pickfords hands rather than the bar

I think it’s both. If he leaves it it goes off the bar and behind.

If he palms it it goes for a corner.

He tries to grab it, bringing it onto the bar it then bounces loose again onto the bar.

It’s fucking horrendous either way..!

Pretty sure it was sailing over anyway.

The win was literally handed to us.

Klopps first season where Origi got a 95th goal against West Brom and the place went mad for a draw

This was a better version, the first big moment this squad has had this season, the momentum and the belief to carry on to the whistle is going to be huge.

Also a fringe player from nowhere to get the winner, will give all the squad hope even Albie.

From F365's conclusions

Quote:
13) we should probably mention klopp’s conduct after the goal went in, if only to stop tomorrow’s mailbox from being full of “if mourinho had done that you’d never hear the end of it.”
fair point. So let’s acknowledge that managers running onto the pitch at any point is not great, particularly in a derby game, where tempers are most likely to fray and spill over into crowd trouble. His claims after the game that he “didn’t want to run onto the pitch” are also completely contradicted by the fact that he did, in fact, run onto the pitch.

However. If we’re going to go down the route of “if x did that, you’d slam him”, then allow us this rejoinder: If your manager did that, you’d relish the sight of it, and klopp is all about developing that kind of cult of personality. In an ideal world, we’d all smile wryly at such reactions to a 96th-minute derby winner, regardless of which manager were the perpetrator; if we can’t, then why are we even bothering with football in the first place?
FWIW...if Mourinho done that , just like his recent Juventus antics, I think it'd be abundantly clear that his celebration would be nothing more than a personal, ego-driven thing, whereas Klopp's is as far removed from such a selfish act as could be.

They have to fill column inches to get clicks and therefore revenue.

Mourinho was pretty much celebrating at/in front of the face of others. Klopp ran only to his over player and didn't give any Everton player grief.

The two scenarios are worlds apart

Too busy celebrating myself to notice but watching the goal on MOTD never realised how much and for how long the crowd was bouncing after the goal. Must have been a hell of a roar. Would love to see a decibel reading on that v other high ones

It was fucking mental I’m 42 years old but I was standing on my seat going nuts! And I dint give a fuck what anyone thinks about that! It’s what being a fan is all about! 96th minute derby winners do not come along many times in a clubs history, never mind your lifetime!

While the atmosphere overall wasn’t great for a derby, as individual moments go it was up there with the maddest celebrations we’ve ever had.

Gary Mac, Mane and now Origi. If it wasn't sooooo Evertonesque, we should almost release a DVD for Christmas chronicling these classic last-minute sickenings. Hahahhahahah eat it up you bitter cunts.

The commentator sounded gutted when we scored (Martin Tyler? - Optus using Sky UK comms with Carragher)

97 yellows & 7 reds in a nondescript thuggish career

& we’re supposed to take notice of this ‘pundit’?

Class act.

Only way to top that would be if it was Mourinho in the other dugout.
Not according to Marco.

He didn’t apologize to me. All of your colleagues have asked me about the situation, but to be honest with you I didn’t see it. I don’t know what he did and the way he did it.

Bit of a weird one that, but, seeing as Silva says he didn't see Klopp run on the pitch, it's logical to think he didn't hear the apology either.

More likely Klopp apologised in his ear (as the cameras show) but Silva didn't realise what he was apologising over

I love when papers try to manufacture outrage between two managers who clearly dont give a toss.

Silva later also said if they had won with a last minute fluke he might have done the same.

Absolute non event of a story that will undoubtedly be forced into something more by the press. Mourinho will definitely leverage it at some point.

I'd say criticism from Danny 'Fucking' Mills is the first thing Klopp thinks about after waking up in the morning.

Some of these pundits are paid to manufacture outrage and opinions on nothing. Celebrating goals is a non event.

Did we reject him under Houllier or something? He absolutely loathes us. Yesterday he was crying about a manager celebrating with a player then said he'd get violent in response. Absolute clown.

Danny Mills doesn't have any insightful opinions so has to cause a bit of a stir. A bit like how he was a shit player and had to just 'put himself about a bit'. Just par for the course, he's a dalendless dwad.
