Scotland played great.

Need to learn to be a lot cuter with dive merchants. Depay conned the ref many times and imagine Kane will be taking flight at every opportunity when we play England.

didnt see it but the bbc radio commentator was on the news this morning saying it was the loudest boo-ing since the fans have returned to stadiums.

If it is like that in the tournament then it will be embarrassing.

I’m not watching any more England. Need to pick another country to adopt for the tournaments.

I think Portugal are a good bet to win the tournament at 25/1. They are in a group with Germany and France but looking at their players, they can beat anyone.

they've come right in......were 25/1 on betfair about a week ago. Not sure why they've come down so much

My 2 bets were Portugal to win and Lewandowski to be top scorer - both were 25/1

I think Portugal are one of the most overrated teams in Europe. Consistently qualify as runners up in their qualifying group for Euros and World Cup.

Germany at 9/1 are the bet for me.

They're the defending champions.

I think they'll do well again this tournament.

I couldn't look past them at 25/1. Difficult group but if they get out of that then they could do well.

I think they are one of those teams that aren't flat track bullies but can stop good teams playing their game. I think that is how they won the last time. Was funny how they won the cup without ronaldo on the pitch too ha ha

Also, with players like Dias, Cancelo, Guerreiro, Bernardo Silva, Jota, Felix as well as Ronaldo, then they have players to do something.

to be fair 25/1 is a great price, they will probably be joint favourites if thewy get throught the group.

Mediocre from Scotland tonight.

What’s going on with Southgate? Still playing guys that aren’t going to be part of the squad. Totally baffling.

Means they will go into the tournament quite under cooked. Very risky.

One or two more cases like that and the whole tournament could be farcical. Great idea to keep it with multiple nations

My mate has built a little Score Prediction game for the euros (we are just finalising some prizes so something more than just bragging rights to play for) You can change predictions for each game up until kickoff

See the Ukraine is still prodding the bees' nest...not a lot Russia can do about it, if UEFA gave it the ok.

Saw that. Very good. Can't see UEFA were ever going to challenge a country having its legally recognised border outline on its shirt!

They were quick to complain about a poppy.

It's a purely political statement, so I imagine it would be banned under the rules.

I’m not sure I get you. A map of your country as internationally recognised would be a tough one for UEFA to oppose, to effectively punish them for being invaded by a hostile power.

Russia will view it as political, Ukraine will claim it is patriotic. The rest of us will know it is both.

Zero interest in this competition, won't be watching any of it - and the sooner 'Southgate Waistcoat Wanker' and the jumped-up* little boys get dumped out, the better.

Hendo obviously not included in that analogy*

"Vaccine passports to be used at Wembley group fixtures"

What do we reckon the Venn diagram of those that boo BLM and those that are opposed to vaccine passport/Covid deniers?

I think I might make this the first tournament I've never watched. Confirmed when I got north Macedonia in the work sweepstake.

Maybe but somehow I think not. I've spent 5 years turning a small concrete back yard into a nice pleasant garden for my family, somewhere I want to be, and that's been stolen. I'm going to be fucking bitter for a while until I take matters into own hands. Watching this charade of a tournament isn't going to help my mindset. Maybe I'll just get smashed instead.
