Seriously, if our lads ever start defending like that, you can fucking shoot me. I can take the Williams errors etc, but the lack of effort is staggering.

Even there goal last night, came from a direct result of a dive on the edge of the area.

Can't wait for Ref's to catch up with everyone else & stop falling for Fernandes dives...

I see the pe teacher is blaming two wrong official decisions for the disallowed goal & the 1st sheff goal........ what a twat

About face today after that win against Southampton... 'our players are too nice' has changed to 'our players will now dive for any decision' - some ludicrous refereeing last night right across the three games.

VAR making a complete mockery of tight decisions again and really poor refereeing to not overturn or review decisions properly. It's partly the techology to blame - nowhere near accurate enough for split second decisions - but it's the interpretation of what's on the screen by a bunch of clueless cunts who were so shit in the first place, VAR was brought in to hide how shite they all were...

The standard of refereeing is at an all time low and VAR only compounds the situation and highlights poor decisions even more.

United will be purring thinking they're indestructible now and hopefully that means they'll lose or draw their next five games.

southampton were a bit of a joke. Even after they went down to 10 men - in the first fuckn minute - some of their decision making was a total joke. They gave up after the first goal went in

Agree completely about the refereeing. And VAR. Jesus they have taken the premier league 'product' and made it shit.

Draw with Palace. They'll shit the bed here. Could end up coming 4th or 5th in a 2 horse race!!!!

Next 5 league fixtures for them are City, West ham, Leicester, Brighton and Spurs.

They certainly did

They're absolutely shite. Any half decent side would be 15 points ahead of us minimum, after the injuries and the run we've had. Just shows how shite they are that despite everything the gap could be very small by the end of the weekend.

One of the few silver linings for next season is the Utd board will not be firing the manager that's taken them to the CL for a second season running. Maybe even a five year contract? We can hope.

Be careful what you wish for. I think they are a #9 from being a team that can challenge for the league. Haaland would change them overnight.

I do believe that tactically he isn't up to it in the champions league though. But against the bottom 12 teams in the premier league, I'm not sure you need to be tactically astute......especially if you get 15 to 20 penos a season.

Yeah, fair play to them they have begun to get their house in order. I think they are a couple of players and a decent manager away from being a decent enough side.

It’s impossible to be critical after what has happened to us over the last 2 and a half months.

I'd be more than happy to see that wish through to it's organic conclusion. They are not great against anyone without penalties, top or bottom half. And they can't keep getting these ridiculous penalties. Even when they do it doesn't make their points totals over the last two seasons anything other than mediocre.

With Ole and 14 penalties last season they got 66 points. If they score 2 points per game for the remaining 10 games, unlikely but if so, then they finish with a whopping 74 points. Only 8 points better in their best, injury free, season in years.

With Haaland, at best, they take that to 80 points. Provided refs continue giving a huge amount of penalties and Shaw doesn't get injured/fatter. Not to mention the pounding Bruno's soft muscle tissue has endured over 24 months, with Euros still to come and Portugal likely to go far in it.

...they're still shite. OGS is a puppet for the board and owners. I can't imagine any self-respecting elite player from Europe wanting to come to them and be managed by him next season... when you've got Pep, Ancelotti and Klopp all less than twenty minutes away.

The longer Ole stays, the better in my book. He's a massive wet lettuce and as nice a bloke as he might be off the pitch, he's not top 6 Premier League manager material. They got battered last night by Milan and they had two goals chalked off before the equaliser. They looked the better team by a mile... Utd got lucky again.

Utd fans are currently as delusional as we used to be under Rodgers, thinking we had a chance at a sustained title and UCL charge... we got close with Brendan admittedly, but the style of football was hit and miss and relied solely on Gerrard and Suarez pulling something spectacular out of the bag.

Utd always go for 'past their prime' players like Cavani, Ighalo and yes, even Zlatan.. a shadow of the player he was. I can't see Haaland or anyone decent going to Utd anytime soon...
