I'd imagine folding the club would be preferable.

When will clubs realise that Moyes, Pards and Fat Sam aren’t the future.
Look at what Eddie Howe has done with Bournemouth. Taken them up and turned them into a stable mid table team.
These afore mentioned jokers don’t have a clue.

I could see Southampton trying something new, they have been realtively interesting in their appointments (Hughes aside).

Hughes seemed to go against the grain of their recent appointments.

Imagine that, FFS, and he'll have a job again as a manager next summer at the latest.

I have no sympathy for any club that employs him as a manager. Literally, what do they expect?

Has he even ever saved a team from the drop?
I can’t think of a single managerial achievement by him. I forgot he was ever City manager.

Am I right in thinking only Big Sam has managed more PL clubs than Hughes? Hughes must have about 10 years on him so if he keeps up his rate of managing a different club every 2 years on average he can smash Big Sam's record

I dont think he did that badly at Blackburn. But football has moved on so much that hes been left behind and shown up as the dinosaur that he is.
Think he also had a half decent single season at Fulham. But that was ages ago.
