I don't think that Klopp would go for it - and it's a risk not playing Thiago but but but. Having Gini's energy is really important plus Milner's smarts in the middle, I'd just go with that. Firmino's in to hassle Modric and Kroos into mistakes.

Salah through the middle, Jota in his favoured position and the out-of-form Mane to work hard to help out TAA.

Easy-peasy
No Fabinho?!

I’d go same formation but Fabinho Thiago as the 2.

Forgot about him.

Can we get away with 12 players on the pitch?

Sorry I put Fab instead of Gini, he’s been pretty poor the last few games

Just blind balls out optimism between now and the final whistle for me. Anything else can wait until after that final whistle

Have even been flinging jibes earlier today at the Arsenal fan that lives near me as he walked passed my house going to and from the shop just so I could have a peck at someone that supports a different team.

Above all else we need this in spades tonight - we can’t let them saunter around and dictate the pace. A beatable Chelsea are waiting in the semi final.....

Me neither. Can see us getting a hiding if truth be told.

See all you gimps in a few hours to discuss our 5-2 win

I'll throw some names in to the hat ahead of time...Kabak, Bobby, TAA and Mane are my picks, with Alisson an outside bet.

Very surprised Jota & Thiago aren't starting to be honest. That is a very slow midfield & we struggled to get any sort of possession last game until Thiago came on.

Definitely Alisson with a howler I think. Or an early sending off (within 20mins) leaving the rest of the game pointless to watch as we'll concede another 4 goals and lose 7-1 on aggregate.

We have Thiago Alcantara - arguably the best deep lying playmaker in the world and we bench him for Gini and an ageing Milner with 90 mins at the weekend. Seems a bit mad.......especially as a Barca boy vs Madrid

Klopp sticking with his tried and trusted which is his way I guess. A pumped up Jota and Thiago to come on with 30 mins to go after we are 1 up

Yeah very disappointing Jota doesn't start. Would rather Mane come on later in the game against tired players.

Interestingly they have Fede Valverde at right back - a attacking midfielder but he works like a demon.........an on form Mane could target him. I hope the ref is on it tonight

Jota off the bench against tired legs and it’s something for Real to think about.

Disappointed Thiago doesn’t start.
