Bought a Shakti mat, used it 3 times so far. I'm not sure if it works yet but I'm definitely dropping off to sleep towards the end of a 20 minutes stint. It fucking hurts though at the start

As my mountain bike is fucked, I've taken to walking and hiking up a 200m high hill. Quite enjoying that and also beginners calisthenics.

Just been reading up on these after seeing your post.. intrigued! How much did yours cost? Did you get an official Shakti mat or a knock-off one

I got the official one but I reckon the Amazon knock offs are probably as effective. What Shakti say though is that theirs are made in an ethical factory with good work practices and fair salaries. That swayed me

Used it again this morning and whether real or not my back seems to be getting better. Could just be that it's getting better because I've stopped running
