I think he needs a rest sooner than later. Might be tempted to play Oxlade-Chamberlain in his place vs City. Players possessing the pace that he has (and I include Mane in that) needs resting time and again to avoid injury.

Don't be silly. City will offer the space for Mane and Salah to exploit. Just like Arsenal did. Full strength team with Coutinho back then we can start the resting phases.

That's a silly idea imo. He was already rested against Palace, Ox started all 3 league games for Arsenal, probably hasn't even trained with us yet due to going away for internationals, is in worse form and City is one of our toughest games.
Obviously we should manage Mane & his minutes over the entirety of the season to try to avoid burnout & injury but unless Salah comes back carrying a knock then no way he shouldn't start v City.

That seems an absolute load of bollocks to me? £5.3m? WTF?
Happy to accept the ones that are good for us and bad for Everton of course.

Prices are in euros, so they value him at even less. Surely they need a new formula.

That's some through ball, like a golf shot.
Great timed run by Mo though

I saw a stat online and a tweet that Mo Salah was the first ever Egyptian player to score on champs league debut for 2 different clubs
I'll bet he dreamed of winning awards like that when he was a kid.
